  • Tree Decorating Begins

The Merry Sperry location is beginning to look festive as our crew of volunteers along with high-flying experts from Rappahannock Electric Cooperative worked to raise the tree and wrap decorations around all the branches. Big thanks to the R.E.C. crews and our tree-harvesters and installers. It’s looking good and folks are getting excited for Saturday!

  • Local Kids Create Tree Decorations

Kids in Kindergarten to Third Grade from Rappahannock Elementary School and Wakefield Country Day School made adorable ornaments for the Merry Sperry tree at the Schoolhouse in Sperryville. Special thanks go to Amy Grady and Nikki Brady for coordinating this with the kids. The kids were so excited and are ready to see them on the tree! Ya gotta come out and see these decorations – they are so delightful!
